The South Sound Lighthouse is located off-shore of Grand Cayman’s South Sound.  Sad to say, Hurricane Ivan destroyed this light, and even sadder, the Crow’s Nest restaurant, a favorite family hang-out for great Caymanian-style meals.  Many a night we sat in the Crow’s Nest and watched the South Sound Lighthouse blink.
